Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) are used to measure the maximal safe working abilities of current and/or prospective workers.

The FCE consists of a physical testing battery with the purpose of matching the physical abilities of the worker to the physical demands of work.

The placement of workers according to their physical abilities has been to shown to produce the following results:

• Reduce work-related injuries
• Identify individuals whose pre-existing injuries may adversely affect work performance
• Establish baseline levels of functional capacity for each worker to reduce future rehabilitation and disability costs.
• Reduce workers' compensation costs.
• Improve worker productivity

• Post-Offer Pre-Placement FCE
• Fitness for Duty FCE
• Comprehensive Post-Injury FCE
