Tom received his Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiotherapy from the University of Toledo in Ohio. He is a Registered Kinesiotherapist and a Certified Work Evaluator. Prior to establishing Functional Ergonomics, Tom served as Director of California Work Diagnostics from 1991 to 2005.
He has been recognized as an Expert Witness in local, state and federal legal cases, and has been featured as the key note speaker at numerous regional and national conferences. Over the past 19 year, Tom and his associates have performed approximately 60,000 Functional Capacity Evaluations and completed 2000+ Ergonomic consultations.
James Reyes, Kinesiotherapist
James is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Kinesiotherapy. He has played an integral role in the development of the Post Offer Pre-Placement FCE protocols. James has performed Job Task Analyses for agricultural, petroleum, manufacturing, health-care, and logistics industries. James and Tom have worked together since 2001.
