THOMAS TRAUT, M.Ed., RKT, CWCE
President and Owner
Tom received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and
Kinesiotherapy from The University of Toledo. He is a
Registered Kinesiotherapist and a Certified Work Evaluator.
He previously served as Director of California Work
Diagnostics from 1991 to 2005. He and his associates have
performed over 40,000 Functional Capacity Evaluations during
the past 15 years and performed over 1000 Ergonomic Job Site
Analyses. Tom has been a recognized expert witness in Local,
State, and Federal legal cases. He has been a featured
speaker at numerous regional and national conferences.
JAMES REYES
Kinesiotherapist
James is a graduate of San Diego State University with a
degree in Kinesiotherapy. He has played an integral role in
the development of Post Offer Pre-Placement Functional
Capacity protocols and standards. He has performed Job Task
Analyses for agricultural, petroleum, manufacturing, health
care and logistics employers. James and Thomas have worked
together for the past five and one-half years.
